Free domestic shipping is offered on orders over $100 inc GST.
For all domestic orders under $100 a flat rate of $10.00 shipping applies.
An express shipping option ($20.00) is offered through Australia Post, for next day delivery once dispatched to most capital cities (please note that Australia Post does not guarantee next day delivery but it remains their fastest shipping option, you can read more here).
At this stage, International Shipping is not available through the website. However, if you would like an order shipped internationally, please email us at support@supermarketswap.com.au for a quote. Please note any local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We use Sendle and Australia Post to send your order. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched. Sendle or Australia Post tracking codes will be included in an email to allow you to track and monitor the progress of your parcel. If you can't find your email ensure you check your spam folder. Please be aware that once your item is posted, it is in the hands of our partner companies and is out of our control.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. This time frame may be extended at times due to new launches, sales or other extenuating circumstances.
If your parcel is running late or missing, we recommend you use the tracking number provided in your shipping email to contact the correct postal partner and lodge a late or missing parcel enquiry. They will do their best to help you retrieve the parcel. If you need further help please do not hesitate to contact us at support@supermarketswap.com.au.
To help us assist with any delivery issues, please reach out as soon as possible. If your order is running late, please let us know within 14 days from the estimated arrival date so we can start an inquiry for you. For any missing parcels, please contact us within 48 hours of an attempted delivery if you’re unable to locate your package. After these timeframes, it is difficult for us to assist.
To ensure smooth delivery, please double check that your address details are accurate, especially in apps like ApplePay or PayPal. If redelivery is needed due to incorrect address details, insufficient information, or failure to collect from the pickup point, a redelivery fee of $14.95 will apply. Please note that if an incorrect address was provided and the parcel has already shipped, we won’t be able to retrieve it or offer a refund.
