Add dried cranberries, chia seeds, sultanas and dates into a food processor and blitz until finely chopped.
Add coconut oil, honey, shredded coconut and cocoa powder and mix until combined.
Prepare a baking dish with non stick paper.
Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread it around, pressing it down firmly to bind everything together.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until hard.
Once hard chop up into bars and store in the fridge.
