This quick and easy stir-fry combines tender steak with a delicious sauce and is ready in just minutes.
Ingredients
- 650g sizzle steak
- 30g corn flour
- 3 tbsp Cobram Estate Garlic Ginger Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 125ml soy sauce
- 65g brown sugar
- 5 spring onions, chopped into 4-5cm lengths
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1
Slice the steak into thin strips and place in a large ziplock bag with the corn flour. Shake well to coat.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a nonstick frypan over high heat. Once hot, add the steak and cook for 1-2 minutes each side, or until lightly golden, then remove and set aside on a clean plate.
Step 3
Using the same pan, add the soy sauce and brown sugar and bring to a gentle boil. Add the steak and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the steak. Finally, add the spring onions, mix together, remove from the heat and serve with your choice of noodles or rice.
