An easy to whip up and flavourful meal that blends harissa-infused lamb with creamy tzatziki that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 250g lamb mince
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250g pre-mixed cabbage slaw
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 mini flatbreads (or 2 large)
- 4 tbsp tzatziki
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the lamb mince and harissa paste. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well using your hands. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into koftas.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the koftas for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through.
Step 3
Meanwhile, place the cabbage slaw in a large bowl. Drizzle with red wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Warm the flatbreads in a dry pan or microwave, then top with the cabbage slaw, lamb koftas and tzatziki.
