Adelaide Central Market Cooking Demonstration

As part of Buy SA Week, chef, food stylist, former MasterChef contestant and friend of Supermarket Swap Larissa Sewell presented a cooking demonstration at the Adelaide Central Markets on our behalf.

Larissa showed us how easy it was to use South Australian produce in a family-friendly recipe that doesn’t cost the earth, serving up some delicious honey lamb koftas. 

Some of the South Australian brands featured included Wunderbar Lamb, KI Living Honey, Fleurieu Milk Company, Singing Magpie Produce and OMGhee.
