GOT QUESTIONS ABOUT THE NEW ‘OTHER’ TAB?
Please find below some frequently asked questions about this feature.
1. I can’t see the ‘Update’ in my App Store, it only says ‘Open’
Your app has updated automatically. The best way to confirm is to ensure you can see the OTHER tab in the SHOP section of the App.
2. I can’t see the OTHER toggle in SHOP
Visit either the Google Play or Apple App Store and ensure you have updated your app to the latest software to view the Other toggle.
3. Are all additive free products now included?
We have added a diverse range of new products in the Other toggle but we will now continue to add to this and we are always open to suggestions. Simply email us at support@supermarketswap.com.au with any product suggestions.
4. Why can’t I see where to buy some of the products in the OTHER toggle?
We know that the availability of these products varies greatly depending where you live. To find any of these products, simply click the Buy Now product (when available) or have a quick look online for retailer information. We will also continue to bring improvements to this section so please keep an eye out.
5. Can I shop from the App?
We have included links for some of products. This will open up into your website browser to allow you to start shopping directly with the brand website.
6. Can I filter the OTHER products?
Yes! The Other products can be filtered, searched, added to your list or saved as favourites the same way all other products in the app can be. When you are searching via the ALL toggle, they will be shown amongst products from major retailers. Tapping the Other toggle will filter your list further to just show the Other products.
7. I have added products from OTHER toggle into my App Shopping List. Where do I find them?
All products that are not available at Coles, Woolworths or ALDI will sit underneath the priced shopping list. They can still be exported or shared with a friend by tapping the share button.
8. Why is no pricing shown for many of the OTHER products?
We know that the price for many of these products can vary depending on retailers so we recommend you go directly to retailers for accurate pricing information. Clicking the Buy Now button when available will also provide you with pricing information.
